CNC Operator
Job Role
Our well-established client based near Corby, Stamford and Oakham, who manufacture products for Bentley, Jaguar and JCB is currently looking for CNC machinists to join their well-established team. The role is ideally suited to a person who has had experience of basic machining with a flexible approach.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate manual and CNC machinery
- Self-inspect parts produced
- Work to a defined schedule
- Maintain a safe environment in the work area
- Follow all company Health and Safety policies and procedures
Person Specification
- Mechanically Minded and detail-oriented
- Logical and process driven
- Familiar with measuring equipment - micrometers & verniers
- Able to read and follow technical drawings
Hours of Work and Pay
- £13.80/hr inc shift premium
- Rotating shifts - Earlies Mon to Fri 05:45 - 13:45 Lates Mon to Wed 13:45 - 23:45 Thurs 13:45-23:15 No Friday working.
- Own transport essential due to location - free on site parking available
- Overtime available
05:45 - 13:45 Monday to Friday
13:45 - 23:45 Mon-Wednesday, 13:45-23:15 Thursday
