Our client is looking for a Qualified Solicitor who has 5 years experience and can confidently deal independently with:
- Disputed Attorney/ Deputy appointments
- Statutory Wills
- Injunctions to protect estate assets
- TOLATA claims
- Validity - challenges to wills and lifetime gifts on the basis of lack of capacity, undue influence or lack of knowledge and approval
- Inheritance Act claims
- Trust Disputes
- Removal of Executors
- Executorship disputes
Experience required:
- SQE Qualified
- Law Degree
- 5 years experience in a similar role
