As the most senior engineer, you will guide a team in delivering complex systems involving specialist sensors, electronics, and signal processing firmware and software to C4ISR customers.

Skills and Experience Required:

In order to achieve the top salary for this role you must have the following experience:

  • Educational Qualifications: A relevant Engineering Qualification at Level 6 NVQ or Honour's Degree. Additionally, a Level 3 qualification (NVQ 3, Advanced Apprenticeship, or AS/A Level) in Maths and Science (Physics).
  • CAD Software Proficiency: Formal training in CAD software is essential, with a preference for Inventor.
  • Engineering Experience: Previous experience in an engineering environment is crucial to understand fundamental principles. Ideal candidates are either recent graduates with relevant experience or individuals with 3 years of pertinent experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Modern C++, Java, and C#. A strong understanding of Network technology and military-grade COT Comms and Sensor systems is essential.
