Responsibilities Include:
- Lead in undertaking and completing and reviewing Care Act Assessments
- Using the Care Act as part of your work with our service user
- Commitment to high-quality care provision
- Take on a complex and diverse caseload
- Action safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification and SWE registration
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act, Care Act and Mental Capacity Act
- Have experience in a Recovery Team or Community Mental Health Team
