We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager based in Nottingham for one of our very well known clients.
The Role Includes:
- To already be CQC registered
- To ensure the business is fully compliant with CQC standards
- To build effective professional relationships and to promote the agency at external events
- Ensuring clients receive appropriate care to their needs and maintain high standards of care
- To manage, recruit and support staff ensuring they receive the appropriate training necessary for their role
- Be able to work closely with the Business Manager to help grow the Business
Salary
- £35,000 - £45,000 pa
