Reed are looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant for an Isleworth-based college. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting student recruitment efforts. You'll be responsible for managing engaging copy across various publications, both internally and externally, and ensuring the college website remains up to date. This is a temporary Mon-Fri position, working 36 hours per week (excluding lunch breaks), from 9am-5pm.
Main duties:
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Communicating via phone and email, regularly communicating with students and prospective students.
- Assist with writing and creating content to positively promote the college and support student recruitment.
- Daily administration including ordering stationary, stock checking, ordering merchandise, updating calendars and diaries, managing the marketing inbox.
- Attending occasional student recruitment events and supporting student awards and other events.
Key requirements:
- Previous marketing experience
- Content creation and writing experience
- Time management and organisational skills
- Experience working in an educational facility would be advantageous but is not essential
- Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft software
- Willing to attending occasional evening/weekend events (time off in lieu)
