Requirements:
- Qualifications: CACHE Level 3 or above (or equivalent) is essential
- Experience: Previous experience working in early years is desirable
- DBS certificate
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the classroom is a safe, nurturing space that promotes learning and development for all children.
- Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that engage and inspire young learners.
- Monitoring and recording children's progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their milestones.
- Fostering strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive educational community.
Working Hours:
- Shift Patterns: You will be required to work on shift patterns, 8 hours a day Monday - Friday.
