Our Customer Service Teams:
Hire Desk Administration: Ensuring smooth customer operations by managing rates, customer onboarding, system troubleshooting, and handling fines, penalties, and mileage-related data. This team is the backbone of our operations, maintaining a customer-first ethos while managing early termination fees.
Frontline: As the first point of contact, this team excels in delivering exceptional customer service. Whether assisting with bookings, resolving complaints, or answering queries, they ensure every customer interaction meets our high standards.
Conversion and Resolution: This team acts as investigators, taking ownership of complex issues. They collaborate with branch networks and asset teams to source vehicles, resolve dissatisfactions, and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process

Salary - Starting from £22,369.35 per annum depending on experience, rising to £22.721.31 upon successful completion of your probation. There is also an opportunity to increase your salary to up to £25,341.50 based on your performance.
Annual leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and an extra day's leave to celebrate your birthday!
