General Foreman - Fit Out
Salary: £150 / £200 a day
Position: 11-month Contract (optional view to Permanent)

We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to oversee a project based in Nottingham City Centre. The project involves a full internal conversion of a listed building to modern apartments, with an option to move permanent post completion. The role covers full internal package from Drylining, M&E, decorations, and flooring.
With no two days the same, this is an excellent opportunity for any General Foreman.
Requirements:
- 3 years general foreman experience
- Residential internal fit out experience
- M&E dry lining experience
- Full clean UK driving license
- Work Location: In-person on site
Job description:
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Supervise daily site activity, ensuring company standards are met
- Raising RFI's and instructions
- Conduct toolbox talks and inductions
- Supporting graduate development
- Review and update construction phase plan
- Maintain weekly site progress and sufficient diary keeping
- Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
