Reed are working with a great family business based in Norwich just off the city centre, recruiting for the position of Sales Administrator to join their friendly team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. There could be scope for a permanent position thereafter, subject to business needs.

This is fantastic opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual with strong administration skills and a proactive nature to collaborate with a supportive team.

Within the role you will have the following tasks:

  • Handling customer emails
  • Processing sales documentation
  • Creating new customer records accurately
  • Handling paperwork and other documents
  • Processing payments
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Dealing with queries
  • Processing information ready for invoices

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive can-do attitude and professional nature, who has existing experience within sales administration or customer service in an office environment.

  • Salary dependant on experience- £22,000- £25,000 dependant on experience
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
