Internal Recruiter - Up to £40,000 DOE
This is a newly created role, working for a long-established client, located north of Peterborough.
Contributing to their ongoing growth plans, the Internal Recruiter will manage recruitment at all levels, from graduate to senior level appointments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and implementing recruitment processes and procedures
- Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from briefing through to hire, including; headhunting, sourcing and acquiring talent via job boards and LinkedIn
- Preparation of role profiles and social media posts
- Screening and selection of suitable candidates
- Maintaining agency relationships
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of recruitment/talent experience either internal or agency
- Experience building talent pools and networks
- Confident communication and relationship building skills
- Previous experience within the legal sector is desirable
