Time Recruitment Solutions is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Manchester. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to lead the development of our Healthcare temp desk.
This role is ideal for an ambitious and driven individual looking to advance or start their recruitment career. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, although previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred if you have no prior exposure to recruitment.
The Role: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on client acquisition and building relationships with organizations in the Healthcare sector. You will understand unique hiring requirements and provide exceptionally talented candidates that meet client specifications.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Search job boards for candidates who meet client requirements.
- Arrange and attend client meetings to discuss their staffing needs.
- Post job adverts to attract and engage candidates actively looking for work.
- Source and screen candidates for various vacancies.
- Understand candidate career aspirations and build meaningful relationships.
- Bring on new clients and nurture and maintain existing relationships.
Requirements:
- A full driver's license is preferred due to the nature of the role.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work toward KPIs and financial targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive mentality and a can-do attitude.
Working for Time Recruitment:
- Location: City Centre Manchester
- Base Salary: Starting at £23K
- Uncapped commission scheme
- 22 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by one each year
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-4pm
