Interim Engineering Manager
Pay Rate: £500 - £600 per day
Location: Enfield
An opportunity to become be an interim engineering manager at a world renowned employer has become available as the business says goodbye to their current manager.
The interim engineering manager will be required to lead, manage and develop the engineering department whilst the permanent role is filled. You will then be required to work alongside the new permanent when they are appointed until the end of your contract.
Skills required for the Interim Engineering Manager:
- Previous experience in an interim engineering managers role
- Strong background in Food, FMCG, industrial manufacturing or Packaging environment
- Experience with managing a large engineering team
- Strong man management skills and capable to prove this ability at interview
- Ability to deal with working under immense pressure
