Digital Communications & Social Manager

We are delighted to be working with one of the leading training and certification businesses, headquartered in Houghton Regis. Due to continued expansion and proactive social engagement, they now seek to employ a Digital Communications Manager to help strategise and communicate messaging via social platforms, across the business and brands. The role will ideally be 2/3 days in the office, though for a very relevant candidate they could consider it being more remote with just 1 day in.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the organisations digital and social media strategy, managing targeted, paid campaigns and executing all content across print, online and social accounts. This is very much a strategic and implementation comms role with a heavy focus on social, and writing engaging content.

You will work closely with the content and design teams, create engaging material targeting varied demographics, both B2B and B2C. You will optimise learning materials and campaigns to support and encourage engagement, analyse and report on trends and engagement whilst also providing valuable feedback for continued improvement.

From concept planning to copywriting, you will be confident in creating fresh ideas and have an entrepreneurial flair! You must have experience in digital strategies, managing, designing and owning a social media budget and have extensive experience in paid social campaigns, content writing/creation and platform data reporting.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have:

  • Around 3 - 5 years' experience in marketing/comms with a focus on digital/social
  • Some paid social experience
  • Strong background in written content creation
  • Proficient in social media listening, analytics and scheduling tools
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • A good eye for detail
