£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Career Development + Bonus Scheme

Milton Keynes (Office based position)

On offer is the opportunity to join an indsutry leader within facilities management who are looking for an ambitious person to come on board and join the team as a customers operations coordinator.

Required is an operations Coordinator who will be responsible for working alongside the customer service teams to offer top quality service to customers on a day to day basis. You will be required to oversee the help desk and manage the dispatch to completion of work for engineers and sub-contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responding to customers and delivering support that is needed
  • Communication with customers and engineers
  • Being the point of contact for large and small accounts
  • Making sure the organisational customer service targets are set

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Service coordination experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent organisation and high level of detail
  • Time management
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Good communicator and can build relationships
