**About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in the Tameside area. This position involves working closely with young children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support their educational and developmental needs.
**Key Responsibilities
- Support the Class Teacher: Assist in delivering high-quality education to early years students.
- Activity Planning: Help plan and implement engaging and educational activities.
- Individual Support: Provide tailored support to children, aiding their developmental milestones.
- Environment Management: Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with staff, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
**Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience working in an EYFS setting is essential.
- Passion: A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attitude: A positive and proactive attitude towards early childhood education.
