We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing internal procedures and systems to identify inefficiencies and develop potential solutions. This role involves working closely with the Executive board to enhance client engagement, streamline workflows, and leverage technology to introduce new service lines.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct a thorough review of accounts and tax preparation workflows to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Streamline client onboarding processes and implement secure communication and document signing solutions.
- Evaluate the use of current software and identify improvements or additional tools needed to optimize operations.
- Standardize best practices across different office locations and liaise with IT for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with the MTD Group to define the firm's MTD offerings and software recommendations.
- Manage the Hammock and Freeagent offerings for rental clients, including training and rollout strategies.
- Propose and implement new processes and training, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency gains.
- Review client systems and processes to recommend improvements and provide training on new systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business operations management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with client portal/secure messaging, proposal/engagement software, workflows, and document approval/signing.
- Knowledge of MTD solutions and software relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to chair cross-office groups and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Commitment to continuous professional development to meet CPD criteria.
