Key Responsibilities:
As the RFP & Presentations Manager, you will:
- Provide critical marketing services that support and enhance business development efforts.
- Lead a small team responsible for producing:
- High-quality RFPs (Request for Proposals) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) to attract and retain clients.
- Engaging presentations and sales materials for pitches, events, and client interactions.
- Ensure consultant databases are consistently accurate and up-to-date with the latest product and business information.
- Evaluate and prioritize RFPs by assessing their requirements and advising on their suitability.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on RFPs and presentations, including previous experience in team leadership or supervision.
- Experience in managing European financial campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize business needs effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to create appropriate content formats.
- The capability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
