Head of Digital

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturer of interior goods to implement a new Head of Digital to lead their undergoing digital transformation to enhance online presence and improve user experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Digital to working closely with the Marketing Director as they transform this business with the launch of some exciting new website projects.
In the early days you will spearhead this transformation, working closely with the marketing agencies to deliver 2 new e-commerce sites, ensuring a great look, user experience, driving traffic and ultimately conversion. You will then work to build a small in-house team to manage the on-going success of their online business.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- Experience of online retail marketing would be beneficial
- Proven track record of managing and growing digital teams, with strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Extensive experience in e-commerce transformation and website launch projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS, CRM systems).
