Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing or leading a team within the health or social care sector.
- Demonstrable understanding of issues surrounding drug and alcohol misuse.
- Ability to engage and influence community stakeholders positively.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to promoting equality and diversity in service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in Addiction Studies or similar qualifications.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
