We have an exciting opening for an experienced and team-oriented Legal Secretary / Assistant to join this successful and dynamic Family Law department.
Working in a team of 3 Legal Secretaries you will provide administrative support to the team on a wide array and complexity of mid-high level cases, including RSPCA matters.
Day to Day will include:
- Handling Client Enquiries
- Diary management, including arranging of appointments
- Document Preparation
- Filing, scanning and archiving of case files and correspondence
- Audio Dictation and Typing
- AML duties
- Assisting with cover in the team for secretary absences.
About You:
- You'll bring solid experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally with a background in Family Law (Private Client experience is also welcomed).
- You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside other secretaries to ensure efficient management of workloads across the team.
- Professional and confident phone manner,
- Adept multitasker with excellent prioritisation skills
- Proficient with various IT systems.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment.
