DK Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter Resourcer to join our IT divison to work closely with our Lead IT recruiter. We have an established IT divison and have clients across the UK, covering Infrastructure & Networking Engineering, IT Support, Cloud & Consultancy, Technology Sales & Senior appointments.
Role Overview:
As a Recruiter Resourcer, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. Your expertise in sourcing and screening candidates will be essential in helping us deliver top talent to our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update our candidate database.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruitment consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
