As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth communication between various internal departments.

Responsibilities:

Make regular customer calls and process orders promptly and accurately,
Maintain up-to-date records of customer orders, products, and prices,
Liaise with the transport company to address any delivery issues,
Monitor customer accounts to ensure credit limits and trading terms are adhered to,
Keep the sales team informed of any relevant business information,
Respond to telephone inquiries efficiently and effectively,
Ensure new customers follow the credit account application procedure,
Assist in sales forecasting and maintain accurate filing systems,
Maintain regular contact with customers to build strong relationships,
Communicate important details to customers regarding lead times, deliveries, and payment terms,
Resolve any queries or issues by liaising between customers and accounts department.

Requirements:

Excellent numeracy and communication skills,
