Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach
Location: National role- Mainly Remote with occasional travel
Salary:£35,000- £40000

Overview
A thriving and Ofsted-rated "Good" training provider is seeking a Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact, supporting learners both in the workplace and remotely, and contributing to the ongoing success and development of the training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes to learners through a mix of face-to-face and remote sessions.
- Coach and mentor learners throughout their journey, from initial learning through to successful completion and End Point Assessment (EPA).
- Lead engaging workshops and provide hands-on support, ensuring learners remain motivated and on track to meet their goals.
- Develop tailored learning plans for each learner, ensuring training is aligned with both their professional role and the programme requirements.
- Work closely with the wider team to contribute to the planning, development, and continuous improvement of delivery models and training programmes.
- Maintain regular contact with learners, tracking their progress, identifying any challenges, and providing constructive feedback to support their success.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary requirements, including quality standards and funding regulations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proven experience delivering Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes is essential.
- Ideally hold a Level 5 Management qualification, supported by strong vocational competencies in management.
- Experience in both face-to-face delivery and remote teaching and coaching is required.
- Hands-on approach, with the ability to engage learners through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and regular feedback.
- Teaching and/or Assessor qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, TAQA) are highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learners and tailor your approach to meet individual needs.
