Role - Legal Practice Manager
Financials - £50,000 to £55,000
Location - Preston

While an extremely detailed job description will be provided to interested parties, the position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. As a pivotal member of the board in this traditional legal practice, you will oversee various aspects of office management, including HR, finance, compliance, and financial reporting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless operation of the office, which includes supervising teams and their respective managers. This role presents a unique opportunity to be involved in a myriad of tasks and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

As the dedicated and senior support member to the Directors, the mission is to ensure the seamless and efficient operations of the company while driving performance to deliver excellence in line with SRA Rules and Regulations. The client is committed to identifying and addressing any risks or areas of improvement through thorough risk management, audit, and monitoring functions, swiftly implementing solutions for continuous growth. It is our top priority to uphold the company's strategic plan, arranging all necessary insurances and ensuring regulatory compliance at all times. Key Experiences

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience managing people and the legal processes involved.
  • The ability to manage all matters financial.

The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
