NQ OPPORTUNITY to join a Leading Real Estate Planning Team! Role: Planning Solicitor Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid Working 1-2 office days per week)
Open to applicants with relevant experience, this could include a 6 month seat in general commercial property.
This Real Estate Planning team is recognised as one of the top in the UK, advising on iconic developments across the country. From offshore wind farms and major residential projects to new rail and road infrastructures, airport expansions, and waste and mineral projects, they are involved in some of the most complex and impactful work.
Your Role:
You'll work on a diverse range of projects, including large-scale development consent orders, compulsory acquisitions, strategic planning advice, and environmental statement reviews. You'll also support the national real estate practice and assist with contentious matters like Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings.
With increasing work from major infrastructure providers, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and career alongside top lawyers in the field. As a newly qualified solicitor, you'll receive comprehensive training to support your professional growth.
