We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Estates Operative to join our team in Haringey. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of various properties and estates
The Role
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of properties.
- Performing general repairs, cleaning, and gardening tasks.
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keeping accurate records of work completed and reporting any issues.
The Candidate
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel between properties.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
