In this role you will have complete ownership for the running of 2 well-established shopping precincts in Windsor, Berkshire.
You'll be managing the on-site team including security staff, cleaners, maintenance, customer service plus any third-party contractors that are operating on site.
This role has full responsibility for all safety and security, environmental aspects of the site, plus liaison with the BID representative, council and other local organisations.
Plus, of course, and most importantly, looking after all the tenants and occupiers of the site, making sure that they are happy but also remaining compliant with centre standards.
So, if you have an excellent background in operational management within the retail sector, this could be the perfect job for you!
Salary up to £70,000 depending on your skills and experience, plus an excellent benefits package including generous holiday allowance, healthcare and dental cover.
It's important that you have a Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
Maybe you've worked in Facilities Management, Building Management or other management role in commercial property?
