Regional, well-established law firm looking to recruit a New Build Fee Earner into their Sutton Coldfield offices.
Our client is a progressive, forward-thinking practice and that offers a supportive working environment and excellent career progression opportunities. Within this New Build Fee Earner position, your day-to-day duties may include:
- Ensuring Planning Permission has been obtained and that property meets regulation
- Local authority searches including water and environmental
- Checking title deeds for restrictive covenants
- Checking contracts
- Financial matters
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 1 years' previous experience within Residential Conveyancing and New Build Property who is confident in their own ability, has excellent client care skills and has fantastic attention to detail.
