The Role:
We are seeking a German-speaking Graduate to join our project management team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 6+ months of administrative experience who is looking to advance their career in project management within a creative agency. You will work closely with the Account Director and be responsible for managing your own client accounts and driving projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and ensure project processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Perform administrative tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide project updates to the Account Director.
- Communicate fluently in both German and English.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate fluent in German with at least 6 months of administrative experience.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
- An interest in working in a creative environment and growing your career in project management.
