Treasury Manager - UK Defence Organisation
Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Manage cash position on a daily basis, forecasting short, mid, and long-term movements.
- Monitor risks and opportunities to cash position, providing insights to the Group Treasury team.
- Conduct cash forecasting and reporting, including monthly meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Lead FX exposure risk management and hedging activities.
- Oversee team operations, providing coaching and support for performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with international Treasury teams and support ongoing system improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Significant experience in Treasury and Foreign exchange risk management.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in an international environment.
