Financial Planning Administrator

The Company: Leeds city centre-based IFA firm looking to attract an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their continuously expanding adviser support team. Very much a growth orientated business providing HNW private clientele with broad private wealth focused, family planning advice.

  • Office Location: Central Leeds
  • Working Setup: 100% office-based

Package: £32-34k DOE discretionary bonus and full company benefits

  • Benefits: 4% pension, 4xDIS stats plus a flexible benefits package
  • Holidays: 23-days holiday stats
  • Working hours: 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri)

The Role: Supporting a small team of experienced Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors from a technical administration perspective. Duties include:

  • Processing new business applications across the key financial products
  • Submitting transactions and trade requests including fund switches on and off Platform
  • Obtaining illustrations and product literature
  • Obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations
  • Preparing review packs for client meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers/Directors
  • Liaising with products providers
  • Actioning Letters of Authority
  • Maintaining accurate client records

The Person: A background in the IFA/wealth management background is a must, coupled with administrative experience supporting private wealth focused financial planners. This role/remit will suit a career administrator who enjoys Do you hold:

  • 3+ years financial services industry experience?
  • Experienced processing new business across Investments & Pensions?
  • Xplan and/or FE Analytics experience would also be desirable?
