Cash Manager | Immediate start | £65,000 + benefits | Impressive Global Organisation | Cambridgeshire (1x a week)
Communicate continue to support an impressive Global business as they look to bring on an experienced Cash Manager, who can lead and coach the team, deliver positive change and support on projects and process improvements. They are a leader in their sector and very few businesses can boast the growth in revenue that they can.
The role will require a June starter and will be a quick one-stage interview for the Temp Role. The ideal candidate will go Temp to Perm.
What will you be doing;
- Leading the Cash Team - you will lead from the front, to coach a high achieving team and to maintain excellence
- Champion innovation, process improvements and create standardisation
- Be the "go to" for any escalation issues, which fall outside of standard practice, process refund requests, monitor credit card transactions and report back on issues
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as an ambassador for the Group
What we are looking for;
- An experienced Transactional Finance Professional - you will be a Subject Matter Expert!
- Global Company experience is essential
