Client Coordination Assistant

Working Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking an Client Coordination Assistant to join an established firm team on a permanent basis. The role involves a variety of tasks including admin, onboarding, and company secretarial work.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
- Handle company secretarial duties with diligence and accuracy.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments to optimise time efficiency.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administrative or secretarial experience.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
