Robert Half have exclusively partnered with a rapid growth business based in North Bristol to recruit a qualified Financial Accountant for a 15 Month maternity contract.
This role is perfect for a data driven technical accountant that enjoys analysing large data sets.
Duration: 15 months
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £62,000 per annum
Hybrid working: 3 days office, 2 remote. (Occasional travel to London)
You will report into the group reporting manager and be responsible for:
- Compile and present monthly management accounts, including the detailed reporting pack
- Assist with month-end close and perform monthly analytical reviews
- Interpreting year-on-year income statement variances
- Oversee the quarterly asset evaluation process and prepare financial reports for presentation
- Attend maintenance and repair meetings, providing analysis on service costs and deferred income calculations
- Manage rental and asset accounting for leasing programs
- Work with external auditors during mid-year and annual audits, contributing to financial statement disclosures
- Partner with team members and business units on new initiatives and the development of financial models
Essentials:
- Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
