A leading conveyancing provider in the UK is seeking to appoint a technical conveyancer as a Remote Title Checker to join its team. This role allows you to work fully remotely, focussing only on title checking. You will enjoy a range of benefits, including BUPA healthcare.
As a title checker within this team you will be expected to undertake:
- Title Checking: Managing complex title checking matters
- Company Purchases: Overseeing company purchase matters from start to finish
- Team Collaboration: Liaising with other conveyancers in the team
Experience & Skills Required
- Residential Conveyancing Experience: Proven experience (qualifications not essential) with the ability to title check and raise enquiries
- At least 8 years residential conveyancing experience!
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Organisational Abilities: Exceptional organisational abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in relevant IT tools for document management and research
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
