Job Title: Senior Business Process Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Contract Length: 6 Months (Initial)
Day Rate: £500-£585 per day (via Umbrella Company)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your role will focus on capturing and enhancing both the current and target IT operating models, introducing more efficient processes, and driving best practices across the delivery community.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operating Model:
- Collaborate with SMEs to define the future ("to-be") operating model and procedures.
- Facilitate workshops to map, document, and agree on new processes.
- Develop and implement RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities across stakeholders.
- Analyse and document business processes related to core IT finance functions, including cost centre structures, timesheet entry, receipting, project costings, labor true-up, overtime/TOIL, and month-end impacts.
- Partner with Version 1 & Oracle IT teams to implement the operating model in a system solution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with IT operating models and business process change.
- Strong expertise in business readiness, process mapping, governance, and tracking.
- Hands-on experience with system change and integration, particularly within IT finance functions.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Version 1, and Oracle.
- Extensive Banking experience is necessary
