Executive Business Support Manager

Objective:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Executive Business Support Manager to assist the Business to grow and ensure the Senior Team have a trusted individual who will support, lead and become a key part of their Senior Management Team, ensuring the achievement of the key objectives / operations of the company.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the subsidiary Directors, broader Executive Boards and Senior team in developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to achieve continuous growth across all subsidiaries.
  • Providing executive support to the Directors in arranging meetings, attending meetings where needed to minute and ensure actions are progressed by those individuals responsible for the actions.
  • Contributing to the Senior Management team in effecting positive change.
  • Managing the Board process and providing company secretarial support for each of the Boards for the Directors and Shareholders, arranging meetings, sending board packs, chasing actions (for Group and Subsidiary Boards).
  • Assisting the CEO with the Marketing strategy.
  • Leading the outsourced third-party relationships to ensure the marketing actions and strategy are delivered, and progress reported on.
  • Managing new business pipeline and providing MI to the appropriate Boards.
  • Assist with business led projects as and when required.
  • Managing operational logistics for the business by running the contract schedules that the business enters into; to ensure we are receiving the services we require, and we get good terms when renewing.
  • Leading PI renewal process collating information etc.
  • Support Head of HR with payroll checking.

  • Excellent influencing, decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship and account management experience.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Articulate and thoughtful.
  • Good written capability for all sorts of collateral
  • Happy to contribute to discussions and raise concerns, ideas etc.
