Ready for a significant role within a Membership Team? You will be reporting into the Senior End Point Assessment Manager ensuring that the End Point Assessment (EPA) processes run smoothly and successfully from application through to interview.
This role is integral to protecting compliance and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. You will be joining a large, friendly membership team who support each other to achieve the companies goals.
Essentials:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment, dealing with enquiries with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with good personal organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to use membership databases and office packages including Excel, Word and MS Outlook, MS Teams.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and use own initiative.
- Experience of working in a professional membership body and with volunteers and committees (Desirable)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com (Desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all applications within set timeframes and ensure all information required is provided by candidates.
- Ensure candidates' assessments are uploaded to set deadlines.
- Arrange and manage the scheduling for all EPA Interviews.
- Liaise with EPA assessors and candidates to schedule timing of interviews.
- Set up of Teams meetings for all the assessors, ensuring applicants and interviewers are provided with the Teams invite.
- Ensure assessors have returned grading forms and that these are added to the application on completion of interview.
- Update the database to ensure applications are ready to be reviewed and approved during periodic Panel meetings
- Proactively look at ways to improve the process for application and arranging interviews.
- Coordinate EPA's internal quality assurance, arranging moderators to observe at least 10% of interviews and providing timely feedback to the assessors and Senior EPA Team.
- Assist and contribute to periodic assessor debrief and best practice meetings, to explore feedback and identify best practice improvements for assessors and the client.
