Are you a Senior HR Advisor looking for a People Partnering role? Have you worked across multiple sites and have strong Employee Relations skills? Our client is a PE backed organisation, who are on a growth trajectory and are looking for an on-site People Partner to oversee the Birmingham and Bristol sites (ad-hoc need to travel to Bristol).

The role is open to someone stepping into a People Partnering role or an experienced People Partner looking to secure a new role at this level. Reporting into the Senior People Partner and working as part of a multi-sited People team the role is supported by a centralised administrator and specialists in L&D and Recruitment. The successful candidate will deliver all operational HR activity, partnering all levels of stakeholders and driving People Projects forward as required.

Key Background:

  • Level 5 qualification in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
  • Gained experience in a People Partner / Senior HR Advisory role.
  • Personable and approachable, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator including negotiation, persuasion and de-escalation skills.
  • Experience of implementing developments to policies, processes and ways of working.
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law, current trends and best practice.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and HR Systems.
