Commercial Litigation Senior Associate| Partner
Location: Liverpool or Manchester

Salary: £100k+
I am currently representing a law firm with offices across the Manchester and Liverpool regions, who are looking for a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate with ideally 7+ Years PQE.
The ideal Commercial Litigation role will include:
- Run a caseload and act for SMEs in a wide range of sectors, institutional clients I the financial sector and commercial property owners and funders.
- Covering commercial property litigation, shareholders and partnership disputes, warranty claims and other claims arising from business sales, professional negligence actions, contested insurance claims, and a variety of contract disputes.
- Property litigation including contested lease renewals, dilapidations claims and wide rage of disputes involving sales and purchases and leasing of property.
The Ideal Commercial Litigation candidate will have:
- 7+ years PQE+
- Experience in Commercial Litigation covering a variety of matters.
- Experience in Property Litigation is an advantage
- Business development skills.
- Leadership and mentoring skills
