- As a Business Data Analyst, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of trade population control frameworks and data quality controls to help drive the successful delivery of this regulatory initiative.

- Day rate: £700-£800/day - Inside IR35
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: end date 30/09/2025 (highly likely to be extended)
- Hybrid working - 3 days/week in the office
Key responsibilities of a Business Data Analyst:
- Support the Price Risk program lead to ensure timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams
- Enhance controls related to trade population completeness and critical data element quality
- Define 1st Line of Defense controls to improve data quality and monitoring
- Document business requirements for implementing preventative and detective controls
- Perform control gap assessments and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and provide oversight on trade and data control metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology partners to manage project delivery
Required Skills and Experience for a Business Data Analyst:
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Data Analyst in a trading environment
- Deep understanding of data structures, financial products, and data control frameworks
- Proven ability to design and monitor critical controls
- Expertise in business analysis, change management, and project delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Industry experience within the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense
