Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Develop and present design concepts for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Boast design flare and strong technical abilities.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Promote and implement sustainable design practices in all projects.
- Relevant architectural degree and ARB registered.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and planning policies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about sustainable architecture and innovative design solutions.
