Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Develop and present design concepts for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Boast design flare and strong technical abilities.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Promote and implement sustainable design practices in all projects.
  • Relevant architectural degree and ARB registered.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and planning policies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about sustainable architecture and innovative design solutions.
