Water Hygiene Engineer- Romford
£30,000-£32,000+benefits
My client are a UK leader in Environmental Risk Management services; known for their exceptional team of engineers & professionalism and due to further contract signed across the South East, they are now keen to expand their team in Essex.
The company offer their services within the Surveying & detection of Environmental Risks including; Fire, Asbestos & Water. They operate nationally from multiple offices across the UK and offer longevity within their valued teams careers, leading to low staff turnover within the business.
The role will include working on a variety of commercial sites across the London/South East carrying out the following duties:
- Water Sampling
- Temperature checks
- Showerhead Descales
- TMVS,
- Expansion Vessel Flushing
- Tank cleans & Chlorinations
- Inspections
- Recording data on tablet
- Representing company whilst on site
The ideal candidate will have worked within a Water Hygiene/Legionella Control Consultancy previously as a Water Hygiene Engineer and have exceptional knowledge of the current guidelines; HSG274 & ACOP L8.
Requirements;
- 1+ years experience carrying out the duties outlined above
- Full UK Driving license
- IT Literate and able to work from a Tablet/PDA
- Good verbal & written communication
- Self-motivated
- Ambitious and keen to undertake additional training
The company offer a generous benefits package inclusive of basic salary up to £32,000, company vehicle, fuel card, holiday allowance, company pension, overtime, progression & development opportunity (cross training/upskilling).
