About the Role:
- Location: SEN Schools across Bradford
- Roles Available: Cover roles and full-time positions
- Contract: Temporary with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children with complex needs, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
- Work collaboratively with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with the development of social skills and independence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with SEN children or relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BTEC, or Degree in Special Education).
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to education.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
