One of the UK's most prestigious Local Authorities require a Building Surveyor to provide excellent Building Surveys on an interesting and diverse portfolio of properties in Oxfordshire.

To apply for the role of Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire you should have very strong Surveying skills with relevant qualifications and ideally a member of a professional body such as RICS or the CIOB, plus good people skills to deal with colleagues, suppliers and customers in an empathetic and courteous manner in order to deliver a first class service.

The primary duties of the Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire include:

  • To provide a comprehensive Surveying service including Building Surveys and Reports on existing medium and low rise buildings.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to enhance the clients reputation and deliver a first class service.
  • Good IT skills including experience in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
  • Proven experience in detailed Building Structural and Condition Surveys

The successful candidate for the role of Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire should have the following experience:

  • Excellent Surveying experience with an in depth knowledge of Asset and Condition reports.
  • The ability to deliver specifications in writing.
  • Qualified in a Surveying discipline.
  • Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership
  • Great communication skills when dealing with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
