About the Product Manager Role
The Product and Tech team consists of: 17 Software Engineers, 1 Lead Product Manager, 1 Senior Product Manager, 3 Product Designers, 7 Security Engineers and Consultants
Product Management at this company is still in its early stages, so you will play a fundamental role in shaping our processes and delivering value to customers.
This is a full-lifecycle product role, involving both greenfield and brownfield projects across the entire product suite.
What You'll Do
- Research & Propose: Identify new product features to enhance the user experience for our target clients.
- Data Analysis: Use client feedback, market research, user analytics, and other data sources to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to create product plans and roadmaps, helping launch new features and products that align with our objectives and vision.
- Documentation: Prepare and review product documentation, including shaping documents, product requirements, and release notes.
- Manage Development: Oversee the development and timely release of new product features. • Support Teams: Ensure other teams understand the product's capabilities, its value to clients, and how to maximize its use.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
- Technical Background: Understanding of building SaaS products and the development lifecycle.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology industry, especially cyber security, is a plus.
- Startup Experience: Experience in early-stage startups or scale-ups is beneficial.
