Interim Service Charge Officer

Are you looking for a hybrid working pattern? Are you an experienced Service Charge Officer who will thrive in a busy accounts department?? Would you describe yourself as a strong communicator and problem solver?

Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Service Charge Officer on an initial six-month contract, which has the potential for extension. The head office is based in London and they are operating on a flexible hybrid working pattern – asking for only occasional office visits every month.

The Interim Service Charge Officer's key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing the budgets and actuals, ensuring the funds are allocated correctly.
  • Reconciling the service chargers.
  • Resolving tenant and budegtholders queries – over email, the CRM system, mailbox and phone calls.
  • Coding the service chargers for each tenant account.

The Interim Service Charge Officer will have:

  • Experience working in a busy Service Charge department, specialising in reconciliations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer customer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience using various CRM systems and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
