We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Powered Access Machinery Technician to join our clients team. As a Powered Access Machinery Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of their fleet of powered access equipment and lift trucks.You may be required to sometimes work from home and be on call / standby to support the team where necessary. You may be required to go out to sites to make repairs or be at the company depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powered access machinery and lift trucks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure machinery is available and safe for use.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Lift Truck and Powered Access Engineering (essential).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with powered access machinery.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driving license.
