Total Rewards Manager - Luxury Automotive - Warwickshire

A luxury Automotive Brand are looking to 'scale up' and are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Manager.

The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire initially (with a longer term move to our new office location in Bicester) where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

As the Total Rewards Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, working at both a strategic and operational level in a start-up where your work and the results are highly tangible and matter to the business.

Responsibilities will vary as a reflection of the evolving business needs; however, they will focus on establish a world-class total rewards offering to attract and a retain best in class global team.

What you will do:

  • Develop and administer global compensation and reward packages, ensuring alignment with labour market trends and compliance with legislation.
  • Manage annual benefit enrolment and total compensation reviews.
  • Lead global benefit programs and partnerships with third-party providers.
  • Design and maintain job architecture, pay bands, and benchmarking activities.
  • Create a strong culture of recognition through internal programs.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction research and manage benefit plans.
  • Align incentive elements with organisational goals and maintain compliance with legislation.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of relevant country specific legislation influencing benefits and compensation.
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.

Who you are:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or other related field is preferred.
  • Progressive experience in global HR or start-ups scaling at a global level.
  • Proven experience of developing, implementing, and leading on reward strategies to help deliver business objectives in a scaling global business/at a global scale.
  • Knowledge of country specific compensation and emerging global regulatory issues preferred.
  • Experience with variable compensation and executive level compensation packages.
  • Proven experience designing, defining, and implementing a sales incentive structure.
  • Extensive knowledge of reward management and best practice in the UK, EMEA and US including benchmarking and job evaluation methods and benefits/pension legislation.
